Exclusion Grounds

There are a few different types of exclusion grounds that can be used in the procurement process. The most common exclusion ground is known as the ‘material breach’ ground, which allows for the exclusion of a bidder if they have committed a material breach of contract in the past. Other grounds for exclusion include financial instability, criminal convictions, and corruption.
