ISO9001

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies. ISO 9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organizations use the ISO 9001 standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

The latest version of ISO 9001 was published in 2015. It is based on the “plan-do-check-act” cycle and provides a framework for businesses to follow in order to continuously improve their performance. The standard can be used by any organization, large or small, regardless of its sector or business model.
