Kanban Workflow

Kanban workflows are a popular way to manage projects and tasks. They are often used in agile software development, but can be used in any type of project.

A Kanban workflow is a system where you visually track the progress of your work. This can be done with a physical board or online using software. Each task is represented by a card, which is moved along the board as it progresses.

There are usually three columns on a Kanban board: To Do, In Progress, and Done. However, you can customize the columns to fit your specific needs. For example, you could add columns for each stage of your project or for different types of tasks.

The key benefits of using a Kanban workflow are that it helps you to stay organized and focused, and makes it easy to see the progress of your work. It also allows for flexible planning and adaptability, as you can easily move tasks around on the board as needed.
