Mala Fide

Mala fide is a legal term that refers to someone who acts in bad faith. This can be either intentional or unintentional. Mala fide actions are those that are done with the intention of harming or taking advantage of someone else. Intentional mala fide actions are usually easy to spot, but unintentional ones can be more difficult to identify. Unfortunately, both types of mala fide actions can have serious consequences.
