Novate Contract

Novate Contract

A Novation Contract is an agreement between two parties in which one party assigns its rights and obligations under a contract to another party. The original contract is typically terminated and the new party assumes all of the responsibilities of the original contracting party. Novation contracts are commonly used in business transactions when one company sells its assets or business to another company.
