Risk Register
A risk register is a tool used by organizations to identify, track, and manage risks. It is typically a part of the organization’s risk management process and helps ensure that risks are properly identified, monitored, and controlled.
A risk register can take many different forms, but typically includes information on the status of each identified risk, the likelihood of occurrence, the potential impact if it does occur, and any mitigation plans that are in place. Organizations may also use a risk register to help prioritize risks for further analysis or action.
