Supplier Scorecards

A Supplier Scorecard is a systematic and quantitative tool used to evaluate the performance of suppliers. It evaluates and compares supplier performance on specified criteria such as cost, quality, delivery, availability, responsiveness and innovation. The scorecard can be used to identify specific areas that need improvement or solve existing issues between buyers and suppliers. By periodically assessing supplier performance, organizations ensure that the products and services they consume match their expectations for both value and reliability.
