Release Notes V2.21 - July 2022

We have detailed release notes on oboloo V2.21 below

  • Contract metrics The tables within the popups under the contract metrics now have a sort function on each of the column headers
  • Comments tab – Comments created by users under this tab are now saved as an audit trail with a timestamp
  • Contract approvals Approval settings have now been added to restrict who can approve contract documents and view or edit which contracts by location and department. These settings can be accessed under the user maintenance page.
  • Contract notice period notification A new in-system and email notification has been created to alert users when a contract notice period is approaching.
  • Table search filters  – Search filters have been added to the main savings management table
  • Audit trail/change log – This has been added to the bottom of each savings activity page. This details any changes made to a saving activity, who made them and when
  • Status column – A new column has been added within the table on the main sourcing page showing the status of each sourcing activity.
  • Cost savings – A new automated field has been created under each sourcing activity. This calculates the cost savings of each sourcing activity (total final negotiated quote – total of first quote received rom awarded supplier) 
  • Supplier onboarding & approvals – A new supplier onboarding function has been created. When creating a new supplier, users can now set if that supplier needs to be approved by another user. An approval audit trail and onboarding documentation section is also available
  • Supplier metrics – The tables within the popups under the supplier metrics now have a sort function on each of the column headers
  • Sustainability – A new tab (sustainability) under each supplier profile is now available. Users can now score suppliers based on their sustainability efforts. A new sustainability column has also been added to the main supplier management table
  • Supplier review – A new page under supplier management is now available. Supplier review offers users a helicopter view of all approved and active documents against each supplier as well as their performance, risk and sustainability score
  • Audit trail/change log – This has been added to the bottom of each supplier page. This details any changes made to a supplier, who made them and when
  • Filters and drop down search values – When a user searches/filters graphs and tables, their search criteria will now stay in the search boxes once the page refreshes
  • In-system & email notifications – Following user feedback, the number of notifications received from the oboloo system has been reduced. 
  • Help section – A new help section has been created under the main menu. Users can access oboloo tutorials, user guides, product tours, access to the sandbox environment and contact our help desk
