If you have been assigned an approver of a supplier, you will receive an email and in-system notification whenever a user has changed the onboarding status of a supplier to 'Sent For Approval'.

To approve of reject a supplier log into oboloo and navigate to the supplier and the Change Supplier Status button shown in the previous steps.

Within this popup you can view any comments that the requestor has created and also change that status of the supplier to either 'Approved' or 'Rejected'. You can also leave a comment here for the requestor.

Click the Save button at the bottom of the pop up to change the status. The requestor will receive an email and in-system notification with this update
