Affidavit Of Gift Form

An Affidavit of Gift Form is a legally binding document that is used to transfer the ownership of property from one person to another. This document serves to provide evidence that the transfer of the property has been made without any expectation of monetary gain and was done as a gift. The form should include the details of the transfer, such as the full name and address of both parties, a description of the property transferred, and the date of transfer. The Affidavit of Gift Form should be signed by both parties in the presence of a witness or a notary public.
