Agile methodologies include principles, practices, and patterns that support the goal of delivering working software frequently.

In this post, we’ll focus on one of the Agile frameworks called Kanban. Kanban is a systemization of the elements that are combined in an agile framework.

The benefits of Kanban are: -It is flexible -It has clear roles and responsibilities throughout the project -It has clearly defined workflow -It focuses on getting things done and not on detailed planning
