Agreement Not Signed By One Party

Agreement Not Signed By One Party is a situation in business contracts when one of the parties involved has not yet signed the agreed upon document. Even though the agreement has been made, both parties must sign the contract for it to become binding. Without the signature of both parties, the agreement is not legally valid and cannot be enforced. This type of agreement can occur due to many different reasons, such as a lack of clear communication, differing opinions, or simply an oversight on the part of one of the parties. Agreements Not Signed By One Party is therefore an important risk that businesses need to be aware of when entering into contractual obligations with other parties.
