Amendment Agreement

Amendment Agreement Definition

An amendment agreement is a contract between two or more parties that modifies, changes, or updates the terms of an existing agreement. The amendment must be signed by all parties involved in the original agreement and should clearly state what changes are being made, as well as the effective date of the amendment. Amendment agreements are common in business contracts, leases, and other agreements where there is a need to make changes after the initial agreement has been executed.
