Bargaining mix is a term used in negotiations to describe the different elements that can be used to reach an agreement. The elements of the bargaining mix include:

-The type of agreement that is being negotiated (e.g. price, terms, etc.)

-The interests of the parties involved

-The BATNA (best alternative to a negotiated agreement)

-The zone of possible agreement (ZOPA)

-The resources available to the parties involved

-The time frame for the negotiation
