Blanket Purchase Order

Blanket Purchase Order: A blanket purchase order (BPO) is an agreement between a buyer and supplier to allow for the purchase of goods or services in predetermined quantities over a specified period of time at negotiated prices. This arrangement provides buyers with a flexible approach for procuring items without having to enter into separate contracts every time a need arises. BPOs can be a cost-effective solution for buyers who regularly use a certain type of item or service.
