Cash Inflow

Cash inflow is the amount of money that is entering a business, usually as a result of activities such as sales, investments or loans. It helps to provide the financial resources needed to cover operational costs, debt payments and expand operations, among other things. Cash inflows should be monitored closely and balanced with outflows, as an imbalance can have detrimental effects on a business. To ensure growth and stability, cash flow should always be kept in positive territory.
