The Chief Financial and Operating Officer is the key executive responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial and operational performance of an organization. This role combines elements of accounting, finance, operations, performance management, strategy, and organizational structure and leadership to ensure that the organization is successful and achieving its goals.
