Concession Agreement

A Concession Agreement is a contract between two or more parties in which one party (the concessionaire) grants the other party (the grantor) exclusive rights to use, operate, or exploit an asset or service. The term “concession” refers to the right granted by the grantor to the concessionaire, though the details of what is included in the right are defined within each individual agreement. In exchange for this right, the concessionaire generally pays some sort of payment or fee to the grantor over the length of the agreement. Generally speaking, a Concession Agreement is the perfect contract for granting a business the freedom to develop and explore new projects while ensuring that all parties involved benefit from the relationship.
