Construction Work Agreement

A Construction Work Agreement (CWA) is an official binding contract between parties involved in a construction project. It specifies the responsibilities, terms and conditions of both parties, as well as providing a means for dispute resolution should one arise. A CWA should include all relevant regulations, such as building codes, environmental regulations, health and safety standards, etc. Additionally, it should clearly outline the scope of work, expected quality and timeline for completion. All parties involved must agree to the terms and sign the document before any construction work is carried out – ensuring a smooth and successful project.
