Contract Signer

Contract Signer Definition

When two or more parties agree to the terms of a contract, they must each sign the document to make it legally binding. The person who signs the contract is known as the contract signer.

The contract signer is responsible for reading and understanding the terms of the contract before signing it. Once the contract is signed, the signer is legally bound by its terms and can be held liable if they are not met. For this reason, it is important to carefully review a contract before signing it.

If you are asked to sign a contract on behalf of another party, you should make sure that you have their permission to do so. Otherwise, you may be held liable for any damages or losses incurred by that party as a result of signing the contract.
