Credit Terms

Credit Terms Definition

Credit terms are the conditions under which a customer may obtain credit from a supplier. The most common credit terms are net 30, meaning the customer has 30 days to pay the bill; and 2/10, n/30, meaning the customer has 10 days to pay the bill and will receive a 2 percent discount if they do so.
