Electronic Signature Legal Documents

Electronic signature legal documents are any contracts or forms that have been digitally signed using an electronic signature. These documents are legally binding and admissible in court, just as if they were signed manually with a pen and paper. An electronic signature (e-signature) is an agreed-upon symbol or process that requires a specific level of authentication to signify agreement or confirmation. By signing electronically, parties demonstrate their acceptance and understanding of the document’s content, thereby protecting both parties from future disputes. In addition, electronic signatures save time and reduce administrative costs since there is no need for paperwork or physical delivery.
