Electronic Signature Verification Statement

An Electronic Signature Verification Statement is a legally binding document used to prove someone has agreed to something. In order to be valid, it must contain the full name of the signatory along with the exact date and time they signed the statement. The statement should also include an authentication method such as a digital signature, biometric scan or confirmation code. It serves as proof that a legally-binding agreement has been made and provides essential evidence should any disputes arise in the future.
