Email Electronic Signature

An Email Electronic Signature (EES) is a digital version of an individual’s written signature that is used to authenticate and validate emails. EES allows individuals to sign emails with the same legal binding authentication as a physical handwritten signature, without actually signing on paper. By using an EES, users can easily and securely send documents online while maintaining an added layer of security and data integrity. This makes it easier to securely exchange sensitive information such as contracts and other legal documents. Furthermore, Email Electronic Signatures add a layer of trust and credibility to any email communication.
