Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Effectiveness is the measure of how well an organization’s ERP system is doing in achieving its intended purpose. It is determined by assessing the effectiveness of each component of the system – data accuracy, functionality, speed of response, user-friendliness, etc. – and measuring their contribution to the success of the organization’s overall operations. In other words, ERP Effectiveness can be seen as the degree to which an ERP system enables an organization to achieve its vision and goals.
