ERP Implementation Project

An ERP Implementation Project is the process of implementing a comprehensive, integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. It involves identifying an organization’s existing business processes and goals, determining the most suitable ERP software package, configuring data entry fields, designing customised forms and reports, and finally integrating all applications with other software packages. In short, it is the bridge between an enterprise’s current technology and that which will serve its future needs. With so many moving parts, this can be a daunting project to undertake – but one that is essential for any successful organization.
