Financial Operators are individuals, companies or other legal entities that provide financial services in the markets. They facilitate the purchase and sale of financial assets, such as stocks, bonds, currencies, commodities and derivatives. Financial Operators also carry out payment transactions and create investment products. They typically operate in an over-the-counter (OTC) market and/or in a regulated stock exchange. Their activities are subject to the applicable regulations of national and international legislation.
