Investing Cash Flow Formula

The Investing Cash Flow Formula is the mathematical equation used to evaluate the amount of money a company or individual has available to invest. The formula takes into consideration all sources of investments funds such as income, profits, and debt financing. It then subtracts any outflows from investments such as dividends paid or capital expenditures incurred to calculate a net investing cash flow. This figure can be used to make investment decisions or analyze the liquidity of a business.
