Just In Time Theory

Just In Time Theory is a method of production and inventory control that focuses on reducing waste and costs by delivering parts and materials to the production line just in time for use. This process eliminates any need for storing large amounts of raw materials or finished products, so companies are able to save on storage costs. It also allows for more efficient allocation of resources and improved productivity as production does not rely on having large quantities of resources readily available. This theory also encourages quality workmanship, as workers can focus on smaller batches at a time, reducing errors and maximizing efficiency.
