Lease Agreement Extension

A Lease Agreement Extension is an additional contract that allows a tenant and landlord to extend the terms of their existing lease. This agreement can be used to extend the length of time a tenant has access to the rental property, or to modify other conditions of the original lease such as the rent amount. It should always include clear language that outlines both parties’ rights and responsibilities in order to avoid any confusion or miscommunication. By agreeing to a lease extension, you have the chance to secure your tenancy for longer, while also protecting yourself from unforeseen changes in rent. So don’t hesitate – make sure you take advantage of every opportunity to extend your lease agreement and stay in your preferred property for longer!
