Lease Ending Letter

A lease ending letter is an official document that informs a tenant that their current lease agreement is coming to an end. This letter may be sent at any point during the lease period, including beforehand and afterwards, in order to communicate important information regarding the termination of the agreement. The content included in this letter may include details such as how much notice the landlord requires the tenant to provide, when the official end date is, whether or not there are any deposit returns owed, and any necessary maintenance requirements before vacating the premises. A lease ending letter serves as an important reminder to both parties that all matters related to the rental property must be taken care of before the end of the agreement.
