Legal Release Document

A Legal Release Document is a formal document used to waives legal responsibility from any organization, business, or individual. It may also be used to release an individual from a contractual obligation in which the individual has agreed to refrain from taking certain actions. In some cases, it is also used to protect businesses and individuals from claims of harm or injury related to activities that have taken place. By signing a legal release document both parties are entering into an agreement not to hold the other accountable for any losses associated with the activity in question. The language in a Legal Release Document should be clear and comprehensive enough to cover all relevant aspects of the situation.
