Legal Written Agreement

A Legal Written Agreement is a formal document setting out the terms and conditions of an arrangement or contract between two or more parties. It outlines the responsibilities of each party, the obligations they must fulfil, the issues they will agree on, and any limitations or liability provisions that may be in place. The legal written agreement is legally binding, and protects all those involved should there be a dispute at a later date. By signing such an agreement, all parties are entering into a binding contract – so it’s essential that everyone clearly understand the terms set out in the document before signing.
