Mutual Release

oboloo Glossary

Mutual Release

Mutual Release is a business term that describes an agreement between two parties where each party agrees to dismiss any and all claims against the other party. It’s a way for both parties to move on from disagreements or misunderstandings in the past, and commit themselves to a future of working together with mutual benefit. In allowing each side to release their claims, they can turn the page on their issues and embark on a new, productive relationship with one another. Whether it’s through investments, partnerships, contracts – mutual release can make possible what seemed impossible before.
