Net Realized Value

Net Realized Value (NRV) is a financial term used to measure the overall performance of an investment over time. It’s calculated by subtracting the expenses associated with each investment from the total proceeds generated by that investment, giving you an accurate picture of the net value of your assets. Looking at Net Realized Value lets you make better decisions about future investments, as it helps you understand how well each individual asset has performed for you in the past. Knowing your NRV can help you find new opportunities and maximize the potential return on your investments.
