Operational Costs

Operational costs refer to the expenses a company incurs in order to maintain its daily operations. These are recurring costs such as salaries, rent and materials, as opposed to one-time expenses like capital investments or legal fees. In other words, operational costs are the day-to-day costs of running a business – any costs related to keeping your doors open and maintaining the level of business activity you’re accustomed to.
