Order Management Process Flow

Order management is the process of receiving, evaluating, approving, and distributing orders. It is often used to manage all aspects of a business’s ordering process, including the receipt of orders, their entry into a company’s system, their review for accuracy and completeness, and their onward distribution to the appropriate departments for fulfillment. The objective of order management is to ensure that orders are received, processed, and delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with the customer’s requirements. This entire process can be broken down into four main stages: order capture, order processing, order fulfillment, and order delivery.
