P-Card

P-Card

A P-Card is a procurement card. It is a credit card that is issued to an individual for the purpose of making purchases on behalf of their employer. The employer is then responsible for paying the bill.

P-Cards can be used to purchase goods and services from approved vendors. They can also be used to pay for travel and entertainment expenses. P-Cards are a convenient way for employers to provide their employees with a means of making necessary purchases without having to advance them cash or issue them a corporate credit card.

P-Cards are subject to certain restrictions, such as limits on the amount that can be spent per day or per transaction. There may also be restrictions on what types of purchases can be made with a P-Card. For example, some employers prohibit the use of P-Cards for personal purchases.
