Project Management Roles

Project management roles are essential for the successful execution of any project. They include three key players: the Project Lead, Project Manager, and Project Sponsor. The Project Lead is responsible for leading the project team, developing the project strategy and objectives, and managing the overall project timeline. The Project Manager oversees all project activities, including assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and providing timely updates to stakeholders. Lastly, the Project Sponsor is the ultimate decision-maker and is responsible for providing guidance, authorization and financial resources at various stages throughout the project. Together, these roles help ensure that projects remain on track, on budget and ultimately achieve success.
