Purchase Order Receipt

A purchase order receipt is a document issued by a buyer to confirm that an order has been received and payment has been made. It serves as evidence of purchase, detailing the products or services that have been purchased, at what price, and from whom. The purchase order also ensures that both the buyer and the seller are accountable for fulfilling the terms of their agreement. With a purchase order receipt, buyers can track their orders and ensure the goods or services they’ve ordered have actually been delivered.
