Push Control Method Definition

Push control is a communication method used to provide instructions or information from a central location to field employees who are not physically present. The push control method relies on managers or other designated individuals sending out messages through email, intranet, or an app. The main advantage of push control is that it allows for quick and efficient dissemination of information. The downside is that it can be difficult to track who has received the message, and there is the potential for messages to be misinterpreted.
