Qualified Tender

Qualified Tender

When we talk about a qualified tender, we are referring to a bid that meets all of the necessary requirements in order to be considered for the project at hand. In order for a bid to be qualified, it must first be submitted on time and within the proper format. It must also include all of the required information and documentation.

Furthermore, a qualified bid must be submitted by an organization that is capable of completing the work. This means that they must have the necessary resources, experience, and qualifications. Lastly, the bid must be within the budget set forth by the organization.

Qualified bids will be given serious consideration by the procuring organization. Once all of the bids have been received and reviewed, the procuring organization will select the one that they feel best meets their needs.
