Release From Obligation

Release From Obligation Definition

When one party is released from an obligation to another, it means that the first party no longer has any responsibility to the second party. This can happen in a contract when both parties agree to terminate the agreement, or if one party fails to meet their obligations under the contract. In either case, the release frees the first party from any future liability.
