Request For Price

Request for Price (RFP) is the term used to describe a procurement process where potential vendors are asked to submit cost proposals in response to the needs and requirements of an organization. Through a Request for Price, companies can compare the costs of their proposed solutions while also giving thought to obtaining good value, quality and customer service levels. In other words, an RFP is a tool designed to help organizations make informed decisions when selecting suppliers and ultimately secure the best value for their business.
