Resource Levelling Definition

Resource levelling is the process of ensuring that resources are evenly distributed across a project so that no one task is delayed due to a lack of resources. This can be done by allocating more resources to tasks that are lagging behind, or by rescheduling tasks so that they can be completed with the available resources.
