Send Purchase Order

A Send Purchase Order is a document sent from a buyer to a seller, indicating the products, quantities, and agreed prices for products or services the seller will provide to the buyer. It serves as an offer from the buyer to the seller, to buy certain goods and/or services for a specified price. A purchase order is typically used when the buyer is ordering from a supplier on a regular basis and when the buyer needs to confirm the details of the transaction. The purchase order also serves as a legal document, which helps to protect both the buyer and the seller in the event of a dispute. The purchase order should include the buyer’s name and address, the seller’s name and address, the product description, the quantity, the unit price, the total price, the payment terms, the delivery date, and any other relevant information. Once the purchase order is accepted by the seller, it becomes a binding contract between the two parties.
