Void Contract

In legal terms, a void contract is a formal agreement that is not legally binding. This means that neither party can sue the other for breach of contract. A void contract may occur when there is a mistake in the contract, one of the parties was not legally capable of entering into a contract, or the subject matter of the agreement is illegal.
