Witness Signatures

Witness Signatures are a legal necessity for verifying the validity of documents. They can be used to give evidence in a court of law or to protect against fraud and authenticates documents such as contracts, deeds, agreements, wills, and other business transactions. They involve a witness who is independent of the parties involved in the contract witnessing the signatures being endorsed and confirming that both parties are consenting to the document. The witness must be impartial and have no financial interest in the outcome of the transaction. By having their signature witnessed in this way, it legally binds all parties to upholding their part of the agreement as well as legal obligations stated in the document.
