Written Signature

Written Signature is a legally binding form of agreement that confirms the intention and acceptance of all parties to an agreement. It is typically used for contracts, documents, or other important legal documents when two interested parties need to formalize an arrangement in writing. As a form of authentication, written signatures are often seen as more reliable than digital signatures and provide immediate proof of intent between the individuals or entities. By signing a document with their own name, individuals are trusting that they understand the contents of the document and willingly accept the associated obligations. Written signatures offer an assurance that both parties have signed off on a written agreement – providing a tangible way to prove consent.
