Agile kaban, also known as Agile Business Box, is a method for defining and managing business requirements by a group of people who are not necessarily experts in the field of the project. It’s very similar to what the agile idea of “business analyst” does for IT project. The term came from Kanban, but it isn’t limited to the Kanban methodology.
